Write on cards about the related (crop-livestock) initiatives you (i.e. your institution) have in the Ethiopian highlandsand for each initiative indicate:
Name of the project / initiative (specific locations) / donor / URL;
Focus of that project;
Potential synergies with this project;
Fix A4 sheets on the wall.
Potentially add more time for specific initiatives from Min. of Agric. to explain their work;
Then collectively comment on the series of initiatives and alignment / overlap with this project.
Here we need to be imaginative… we have representatives of a diversity of initiatives and need to provide an opportunity for everyone to learn about these, especially in relation to the potential synergies with the project we are discussing…. Maybe the bees and flowers (or whatever it was?)… Need to decide rather quickly because we need to give instructions. My count of who could be “presenting” here, which I’ve tried to cluster….:
